Bobs Bingo Review

According to the jaunty character on the Bob’s Bingo homepage, “Nobody does bingo like Bob!”. We decided we’d better find out if that was true!

Registering & Claiming your welcome bonuses

Registering at Bob’s Bingo is easy, though you’ll need your card on hand, and you’ll need to head over to your emails to verify. Otherwise, it’s a single-page quick form. Once you have received and verified your email (this can take some time), you will be credited with £15 of bonus money to spend and play around the site (no need for any codes or coupons).

As a member of the Live Bingo Network, Bob’s Bingo is linked to several other sites. Some networks have all of their sites linked, and some don’t link any, but Live is the only one I’ve come across which seems to mix-and-match between being linked and not linked. As far as I am aware, Bob’s Bingo is linked to Love My Bingo, Booty Bingo, Big Bucks Bingo, Bingo VIP Club, Aunty Acid Bingo, Bingo Hotpot and Have a Ball Bingo, though it is possible that there are other links we have not yet come across. What this means is that if you have an account on any of these sites, you won’t be able to sign up again at Bob’s or collect an additional bonus.

Refer a friend promotion

If you love to shop (when you aren’t playing bingo) then this is the offer for you. Get your friends involved in Bobs, and you’ll get a £10 Amazon voucher.

In-Game

The colour scheme at Bob’s Bingo is red and green, which offset each other very well. The Bob character is evident across the site, particularly as part of the logo where he can be seen holding onto a bingo ball. The bingo lobby itself is not styled to match the website, and sticks to the format which is common to all Live Bingo Network members.

There are fifteen bingo rooms at Bob’s, and it’s made clear which are for funded players and which can be played with your welcome bonus. There is also a free room of 90-ball bingo with free hourly games. If you enter a room while in play, you also have the option to pre-buy tickets for the next game. The rooms have a standard caller voice, male, and use some of my favourite calls. There’s no chat access in free rooms, but the paid rooms are friendly, with regular chat games and engaging chat hosts.

What can you play?

Free play

Bob’s offers Free Cash Bingo – a 90-ball game for depositing players only, and the Free Room – a 90-ball game open to anyone, running 24/7.

Any Extras?

At Bob’s the slots are accessible with your bonus cash, which is nice as it means you can try them before you deposit. There are also a few free game options, and on top of that there are some great promotions. As with other sites across the network, the loyalty scheme gives percentage-based bonuses on top of your cash wins, and just for logging in you will get £1 in cash to play with (though this is per day, not per site!). As this doesn’t count as a deposit it unfortunately won’t let you try out the funded rooms.

If you do choose to deposit, you’ll have the perk of 350% bonus on your first deposit, and 200% on your second (from £10 and up). Don’t forget here that you are playing across linked sites, so those initial bonuses may vanish quickly!
