Registering & Claiming your welcome bonuses

The “Join Now” button is clear on the homepage, but for some reason it takes you to a login page, rather than straight to registration. To actually register with Fancy Bingo you’ll need to click the join link which is found on the login page, and compared to the ease with which I’ve signed up to other bingo sites, I did find this a bit of a pain. Once you’ve reached the registration page however, the process is simple, though card details needed before you can open an account. You won’t be expected to make a deposit immediately however, and to give you a chance to experience the site first, you’re credited with a £5 welcome bonus, which is added instantly to your account with no email verification needed.

Refer a friend promotion

Each friend you invite to Fancy Bingo will get an extra bonus because you referred them, and you’ll get £10 as well!

In-Game

The website interface is not bad, and the play now button is fairly clear, but I did find that there was quite a lot of general offer advertising though which looks a bit messy. On moving through to the game lobby, I had problems again, as it takes a while to load. There are eight bingo rooms available here, all of which are for depositing players only with the exception of “Sweet 16”. Across the board bingo is just 1p, so you are getting a lot of play for your money at Fancy Bingo. If you try to enter a room which you are not eligible to play in, a pop-up will make that clear.

The games themselves are fun, though they don’t blend with the overall theme of the website, which though it’s called Fancy, seems to be more fantasy, with a Mad Hatter motif running throughout. I found it quite cool, but it is a little creepy, and probably an acquired taste. The games are called by a young male caller, who, while he uses all of my favourite calls, does tend to speak a little too fast and is a bit too energetic compared to the overall quite sombre mood of the website. The chat is friendly once you move out of the lounge, but at certain times of day is completely overtaken by the chat games, and the entire stream just dissolves into acronyms rather than real conversation.

What can you play?

Free play

Want to be Fancy Free? You will have four days of access to the Fancy Free bingo rooms each time you deposit with Fancy Bingo, with games every 60 or 20 minutes.

Any Extras?

Alongside the paid bingo, there are two free rooms, though these are reserved exclusively for depositors. There are also slots, but these can only be played with real cash, and unfortunately don’t have any kind of free-play option to try them out. Of course this isn’t an issue if you’re a depositing member, and with a deposit offer of 300% bonus on your first deposit and then a further 50% on reloads, there is plenty of reason to deposit at Fancy Bingo. They also run a series of games for toys and household equipment, and their special “Tea Party” is open to depositors for 7 days after deposit – you can win just by picking the right teapot.
