Registering & Claiming your welcome bonuses

Though the registration form at Paddy Power looks like it is 3 pages long (due to tabs showing at the top of the form), you can be finished after the first page, as adding your bank details and depositing at this point is not required. Once you have filled in your basic details you are dropped onto an account page, and from here you can deposit funds if you wish, withdraw any winnings, and change any of your settings and details.

Refer a friend promotion

Refering a friend at Paddy Power is only for the high rollers. Once you have spent £50 you unlock the ability to invite your friends (up to three). When they register and play, you’ll be credited with £10.

Logging in will take you to a homepage with a scroller, and not much information on how to proceed. I reached the game lobby eventually by clicking through one of the scroller elements, but it’s certainly not as obvious as on some of the sites. The colour scheme here is interesting – the site retains the Paddy Power dark green which is easily recognisable. This is paired with a light baby pink and while the two don’t exactly clash, it does feel a little like the site has been awkwardly engineered to appeal to a female market but has missed the mark.

The lobby itself shows upcoming bingo rooms, which change ranking depending on their opening times. There is also a lobby interface available as part of the game pop-out, which is more easily navigated thanks to its tab system. There are a number of games available on Paddy Power, including 90-ball, 80-ball and 75-ball games. There are also several big-name games on here, as we’d expect from such a well-known brand, including Who Wants to be A Millionaire bingo, and Britain’s Got Talent bingo.

The games are well-presented, with the ticket window on the right-hand side and a chat interface on the left. The caller voice is good quality and cheerful, but I struggled to change the volume when I found it a bit loud, which is annoying. The chat is nicely organised, with tabs for friends and profile, but was not particularly active when I signed in. There also did not seem to be many chat hosts online, though naturally this may depend on the time of day.

What can you play?

Free play

Free is always fun, and at Paddy Power it’s all about fun. When you first join you’ll get access to the Newbie room, and from there move onto the free bingo rooms, and free bingo Fridays!

Any Extras?

There is a separate section for slots games on Paddy Power, which can be found via the menu on the main page, and which includes a wide variety of slots. There is also the attached Vegas section of the site, along with a range of casino games. Additionally, there are several multi-player games which are available directly from the Paddy Power Bingo lobby.
Depositing with Paddy Power will see you get hold of an offer of £20 free to play with when you deposit £5. When you first deposit you’ll also get exclusive access to the Newbies room. There are a wide variety of other promotions available, which change frequently.

Pros and Cons

Loads of offers
Large range of games
Nicer in-game interface than many sites

I wasn’t keen on the colour scheme
I found the main site a little awkward to find my way around

Paddy Power Bingo Advert

We had a little giggle at Paddy Powers recent advertising campaign with the lucky piegeon poop. I hate to think what that pigeon’s been eating to have bright pink poop though!
