Registering & Claiming your welcome bonuses

Joining Polo Bingo is very easy – fill out a quick form, with no bank details needed and no need to wait around for a confirmation e-mail. You are then redirected to your main account page, where you can check your balance and deposit if you’d like (though this isn’t necessary to play). You can also see details here of the Polo VIP program, which offers perks such as special gifts and monthly cash-back. You’ll have to really love Polo Bingo to become a VIP though, as the current entrance requirement is deposits totaling £500.

Once you’ve finished in the account section you’ll want to start playing. The interface of the base site is generally easy to use, and it’s clear how to navigate to the game lobby, which opens in a pop-out. I did find that the lobby seemed a little cluttered and crowded for me personally. Everything is done from one screen, with no extra tabs, and while I’d normally say this is a good thing, on Polo it means there is a lot of information in one place, maybe too much.

The upside of having all that information is that you can easily browse all of what Polo has to offer, including loads of bingo games, mostly 90-ball and 75-ball. There are several free games, among them a free room for newbies, and there are other free games for VIP members. The free game for newbies is a good first experience of the style of Polo Bingo, but unfortunately you are not playing for money but rather for loyalty coins, which can be exchanged for cash once you reach a certain level. Unfortunately this level is quite high, so don’t assume that playing for free will give you paid access.

The in-game window is nice and clean, with the ticket purchase pane on the left-hand side, and the chat window on the right. Unfortunately the free newbies game does not have a chat window, but the paid games all do. The chat in each of the rooms seemed very lively while I was logged in, with numerous different chat games running and friendly chat hosts. There was also a good level of interaction across the community, which was very nice to see. That, coupled with the good quality recording of the caller made for an all-round good playing experience.

What can you play?

Free play

Polo Bingo has a whole range of free options available for players. Newbies have four days of access to the newbie room, and from there on there are new rooms which open up to depositors, re-depositors and then higher level members.

Any Extras?

If you don’t feel you are getting enough with just the bingo on Polo, never fear, they have even more to offer. Some of their slots have a free-play option, so you can try them before committing to the site, whereas others you need to deposit to play. Unlike many sites, Polo does not offer a no-deposit bonus, but instead you get four days free access to the newbie room. However there is some conflicting information floating around, as the main site says four days free, but an advert in the game window says 48 hours free.
If you do want to explore more of the site, you can once you deposit. Polo offers an amazing deposit offer and it’s not surprising that they were shortlisted for best bingo promotion – you can get up to £1000 in bonus money over your first 5 deposits (though this is percentage based, so it depends on your deposit amounts).
